Right of withdrawal
For purchases made online or via WhatsApp, you may cancel within 7 calendar days of delivery, under article 49 of Brazil's Consumer Protection Code. You get a full refund, including shipping.
Exchanges
Doesn't fit, or not quite what you expected? Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, with its tag and in its original packaging.
You can exchange it for another size, colour or product, subject to stock.
Faulty products
If an item is faulty, you have 30 days from delivery to let us know. In that case, we cover the shipping costs.

Contact us with your order number and the reason: WhatsApp (27) 99850-7618 or at the store: Av. São Gabriel da Palha - Vale Encantado, Vila Velha - ES, 29113-300. Purchases made in the store can be exchanged at the counter.
